Appointments

Own Sleep Medicine provides appointments via telemedicine for the purposes of support and education in efforts to allow patients to be successful on AutoCPAP Therapy. These appointments include but are not limited to:

  • Mask Fitting

  • Acclimation Support

  • Compliance Review / Download

  • Pressure Adjustments

  • Warranty Evaluation


If you need support from a Sleep Coach, please call us at 833-777-1069 so that our team can assist you with scheduling your appointment.

Complimentary and Unlimited Appointments

Patients who receive their AutoCPAP equipment from Own Sleep Medicine are provided with complimentary and unlimited Sleep Coach appointments via telemedicine within the first ninety (90) days of their equipment delivery, regardless of when the patient begins utilizing it.

Patients who did not receive their AutoCPAP equipment from Own Sleep Medicine will be subject to any applicable appointment fees.

Sleep Coach Appointment Fees

With the exception of Sleep Coach appointments within the first ninety (90) days of their equipment delivery, an appointment fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will be due at the time of scheduling all Sleep Coach appointments via telemedicine.

Sleep Coach appointment fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable for patients who no-call no-show or those who same-day cancel or reschedule.

Sleep Coach appointment fees are Self-Pay only and will not be processed as a claim through insurance.

Compliance Reporting

Patients requiring Compliance Reports detailing therapy usage may make requests via support@ownsleepmed.com. Be advised that such requests will need to be made a minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) business days in advance of any appointment or other even requiring such report. Some compliance reports require the physical download from an SD Card or may require assistance from a member of our Sleep Coach team. Requests made in shorter time frames are not guaranteed.

Other Information

Sleep Coaches will have limited abilities to serve patients who did not receive their AutoCPAP equipment from Own Sleep Medicine. Own Sleep Medicine will not make adjustments to pressures, settings, or other mechanical / technical changes to equipment that was not distributed by our office.
