Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping
Own Sleep Medicine offers standard shipping within the continental United States on all Home Sleep Tests and initial AutoCPAPs. Orders shipped via standard shipping typically will arrive to you within 1-7 business day(s) from the date in which the order leaves our facility. Standard shipping times will vary depending on where you are located.

Expedited Shipping
Own Sleep Medicine offers expedited shipping. Expedited shipping rates vary based on location and expected delivery date. Expedited shipping is paid for by the patient.

Replacement Supplies Shipping
Shipping costs for replacement may vary based on quantities.

Receiving Your Order

Own Sleep Medicine works directly with UPS, FedEx, and USPS for delivery of all orders. Due to circumstances outside of our control when working with these third-party carriers, Own Sleep Medicine cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

All orders over $250 may require a signature at the time of delivery.

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number from the respective carrier.

Changes and Cancellations

Prescription Required

Most equipment available through Own Sleep Medicine requires the prescription from a medical professional. Prescriptions may be emailed, mailed, or faxed to our team before shipping will occur. Own Sleep Medicine will also work directly with your health care provider to obtain a copy of your prescription on your behalf.

If you need to receive a prescription and you do not have a doctor, Own Sleep Medicine offers telemedicine consultations with our Board Certified Sleep Physicians who will be able to provide you with a prescription.

Return Policy

Own Sleep Medicine strives to exceed your expectations in everything we do. Once delivered and opened, all equipment and supplies are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returned products must be brand new, unopened, unused and have never been removed from the original packaging or have the original packaging opened or altered. To the extent that there is any indication the product does not meet these requirements, the product(s) will not be eligible for return. Own Sleep Medicine reserves the right to accept or decline any products for return.

Own Sleep Medicine does not accept returns or exchanges for any equipment or supplies unless it is covered under the 60-Day Mask Swap Guarantee. All sales are final.

Own Sleep medicine does not cover the cost for shipping associated with returns.

60-Day Mask Swap Guarantee

Only masks are eligible for the 60-Day Mask Swap Guarantee. Own Sleep Medicine offers one swap per patient.

The 60-Day Mask Swap Guarantee commences on the date in which the third party shipping company confirms the delivery of your order to you. Once delivery has been confirmed as successful, whether you have the shipment or not, it will be deemed to be the date on which your 60-Day Mask Swap Guarantee begins.
