Own Sleep only collects voluntarily submitted information for purposes of requesting and / or purchasing services and equipment, requesting additional information, or registering for subscriptions.

Own Sleep compiles, saves, and uses voluntarily provided information when providing services to you, the patient. When you provide your personal and medical information Own Sleep utilizes it for operational purposes such as responding to your inquiry, contacting you, processing your requests and orders, processing payments, administering your patient account, and communicating with any applicable healthcare provider you may be currently under the care of.
By submitting your personal information to Own Sleep, including any medical information, you consent to this use by us.
Own Sleep will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless you have consented to such sharing. Own Sleep may share the personal information we collect to provide to trusted companies that we work with to provide services on our behalf including the fulfillment or orders.
